The 5 user licence makes it good value. Installing it on top of a previous version of Norton Internet Security still failed on half the machines. It is more reliable to uninstall the old NIS, then run the Norton Removal Tool downloaded from the Symantec website. So far it seems a more stable product than NIS 2007, which would block remote connections with its firewall even when it was switched off. Particularly to Exchange Server.
