After owning the Treo 650 for a couple years without a problem, I moved on to the 680, this only due to the latest dropping of the previous phone. The design has improved with the disapearance of the antenae, and sleaker lines. When it comes to the functionalities, it is the complete office on the go, I can travel for a week with this as my only link to the office and never be at a loss (aside from printing of course). All of it is completely intuitive to use; menus, scroll bars and buttons are easy to use and make complete sense. Hoving owned and used all other smartphones at one point of time in the past, the Treo 680 is by far the one I recomend.
